78% Chenin blanc, 12% Semillon & 10% Viognier

TASTING NOTES:

Bursting with aromas of passion fruit and yellow peaches. Fresh palette, followed by a mouth-watering, textured finish.

WINEMAKING PRACTICES:

Grapes were meticulously hand-harvested. The majority of the wine was fermented and aged in Stainless steel, while a small portion was fermented and matured in older oak.
